For us, yacht management is a year-round commitment. By choosing to work with us, you are entrusting your vessel to professionals based right in the heart of the Croatian coast. Our main base is located in the prestigious Marina Frapa in Rogoznica, which allows us to maintain constant, on-site supervision of your yacht.

  • Polish service team: Your yacht is looked after by our local, Polish-speaking technical team.
  • Regular servicing: We fix minor faults as they arise, and we always discuss and agree on any major or costly repairs with you.
  • Year-round care: We look after your yacht not only during the peak season, but above all ensure it is safely wintered and professionally prepared for future voyages.

2. A transparent business model

Investing in a yacht should be transparent. Our partnership model is based on clear principles, where you are the primary beneficiary of your vessel’s commercial success. We offer an attractive and transparent share of charter revenue, which covers the yacht’s maintenance costs and generates a return on your investment. Every owner receives regular and clear financial reports, giving you full control over your profits.

3. Ownership weeks – sail whenever you like

Entrusting your yacht to a management company does not mean giving up your own holiday plans. Quite the contrary! Under the terms of the agreement, we guarantee you the opportunity to take advantage of what are known as ‘owner weeks’.

  • The owner has 4 weeks available during the charter season.
  • We also offer access to the yacht during the most popular period – including two weeks in July or August.
  • During your stay, the only costs you’ll incur are the final cleaning fee and the tourist tax. You’ll arrive to find the yacht ready, spotless and fully prepared.

4. COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORT FROM DAY ONE

Our Yacht Management programme often begins even before the yacht is purchased. We help investors navigate the entire process safely and stress-free:

  • Financing: We can help you secure favourable leasing terms for the purchase of the vessel by working with trusted financial partners such as Erste Leasing.
  • Registration and paperwork: We assist with the initial registration of your yacht under the Polish or Croatian flag.
  • Certification: We prepare the vessel to obtain the necessary technical certificates and fit it out in accordance with the requirements of the charter business.
